As a Manager, you get the opportunity to develop your management, consulting and commercial skills by being responsible for delivering projects and building strong relationships with your clients. You play an active role in local and international multidisciplinary engagements focused on how companies can maintain a strong connection with their clients in a faster digital world. Topics like customer loyalty, client centricity, product- and service adaption will be on your radar. We help or clients all the way from vision and strategy to the implementation of changes and innovations in their functions, organisations, processes and service landscapes. We design end-to-end programs and solutions that helps our clients continuously adapt to new realities. As a manager in our Customer Transformation team, you inspire organizations on how they can optimize the customer experience with the help of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, voice assistants and new platforms. Together with a team, you might analyze and benchmark marketing strategies and CRM platforms, or build innovative business models and service concepts.
Besides delivery at clients, you play an active role in business development and developing new propositions together with your colleagues internally.
As a Manager in the Customer Transformation Capability Group, you;
Use your digital consulting expertise to advise leading multinationals on how to shape and deliver digital transformation programs that support the execution of their client agenda. Articulate a point of view and advise clients on what potential solutions may be, and how to structure a program of work to effectively deliver on it
Developing relationships with senior members of Tier 1 and 2 organizations beyond digital program delivery. Maintaining a meaningful relationship and communication, sharing and positioning Capgemini’s evolving portfolio of services and identifying opportunities within the client organization.
Stay on top of the latest data and technology driven trends and developments in your focus industry
Actively participate in the commercial processes by leading, shaping and driving sales opportunities by leveraging your own network
Leading and managing part of the Customer Transformation capability team within Capgemini Invent; providing guidance and leadership, enabling the team to effectively and efficiently perform. Accomplishing client demands whilst also developing their own skills / competencies to progress and grow professionally.
Lead multidisciplinary project delivery teams as a project manager
Are responsible for timely project delivery meeting or exceeding client expectations;
Act as change manager focussed on sustainable innovations and transformations;
Manage partnerships that can be beneficial for our business and clients in the financial sector
Contribute to the growth and development of your colleagues and our Capability Group
Utilizing a combination of the organization’s broader pre-existing relationships and your own network to open, lead and close large digital transformation deals generating revenue across the sector.
Using own deep expertise of CPR, Manufacturing and or Financial Services, drive differentiation and thought leadership in one or more areas, contributing to the development / evolution of propositions and point of views.
