Your challenge as a Digital Workplace Innovator

As a Digital Workplace Innovator you seek to extract the value from technical possibilities. The challenge for clients is not anymore the technical deployment but the right use of the deployed technology.

We realize the digital workplace by using the latest technologies, way of working and insights. We help clients to transform into a future-proof organization optimizing the experience for employees, enabling platforms, and creating innovative solutions. You perform in-depth user and customer researches, select and tailor platform (e.g. Google, M365) and solutions. You take care of the user experience and the adoption of the solutions. You help the client to understand the challenges of tomorrow and help define a competitive strategy and vision to succeed in tomorrow’s rapidly changing market.

What do you bring?

You have an authentic interest in new technologies, future of work, change and adoption and innovation. You understand the impact of digital innovation or transformation, and you are fascinated by innovations and their implications for organizations. Does this match your profile? Then we'd love to talk to you! No company is the same, so being able to separate head and side issues is a must. You will be challenged to be able to switch between strategy, processes, information and technology at different levels of abstraction. It is then important to be able to express this in a coherent strategy or advice. This can be a final presentation of a project, but also a workshop with clients or internally. Creativity and the ability to present your conclusions in a strong verbal way are crucial. Your ability to get advice from an internal network of specialists will help you with this. What else do we expect from you?

  • A completed university Master's degree in Computer Science, Innovation Management, Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Many of our assignments involve working with the principles of (scaled) Agile and Scrum. Knowledge or experience with these methods is a plus.
  • Are you interested in the latest technological developments or are you actively involved in these? Mention this in your CV or motivation.
  • Affinity with Gsuite or M365 is a plus.

We are fast growing team within the unit Business Technologies. We focus on creating the digital workplace at our top clients by focusing on innovation and digital technologies. How do we pay attention to your personal development?

We won’t be throwing you into the deep end obviously. First you will enroll into the intensive and international training program of The Institute during which you will receive intensive coaching and training sessions to become client ready. Over the course of a variety of typical consulting assignments, you work together with colleagues from all over Europe and you will travel to various locations within the region.

Also upon completion of The Institute, you will have manifold opportunities for personal growth and development. Do you want to become a senior consultant? That’s possible! Make your personal drives be known and we will facilitate you in fulfilling your ambitions through the Capgemini University in Paris or via our Capgemini Academy.
