Your challenge as a Corporate Recruiter

Together with colleagues from Invent’s recruitment team, you will be responsible for carrying out various tasks in order to contribute to a sustainable inflow of suitable candidates. By collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders you have an integral part of helping us grow. One day you could be going through CVs and reviewing candidates, or you could be using different channels such as LinkedIn to find suitable candidates, and another day you could be busy marketing and organizing an upcoming recruitment event. If you have experience of employee branding and social media campaigns then you would be a great asset to the team!

This is an interesting role as you will have the opportunity to progress into a consultant position within either the Future HR or Future Leadership & Talent team after a period of 12 months.

As a Corporate Recruiter you would:

  • Take the lead in finding innovative ways to attract and find candidates
  • Telephone screen candidiates and arrange face to face interviews
  • Be cabable of making attractive job descriptions
  • Create an efficient and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
  • Analyse assessments and share results with the hiring managers
  • Carry out administrative tasks in our ATS and other software applications;
  • Play an active role in employer branding on our social media channels by gathering and creating content for online & offline campaigns (videos, blogs etc.)
  • Organize recruitment events in collaboration with consultants, marketing agencies and the internal marketing team
  • Ensure recruitment activity conforms to best practice and current employment legislation and seek to continuously improve the quality and value of the recruitment service provided to the organisation
  • Have an interest in investigating the lastest recruitment tools such as gamification, video interviews and AI.

The ideal Corporate Recruiter may have diverse previous industry experience (technology sector/consultancy knowledge is not a prerequisite) and will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Have past experience as a Talent Acquistion Manager/recruiter within an agency or in-house role
  • Ability to thrive in a target driven high growth environment
  • Hold a Master degree, ideally but not exclusively in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications
  • Available on 40 hours contract, however 32 hours is negotiable
  • Social media marketing experience is considered a plus but not essential
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, in both verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organizational and execution skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience of working with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management
