Manager Digital Banking

The Digital Banking team focuses on current market developments within the financial sector, accelerating innovation, improving customer experience and developing new ecosystems and business models. Your challenge as Manager Digital Banking

As a Manager, you get the opportunity to develop your management and sales skills by being responsible for delivering projects and building strong relationships with clients. You work on current topics such as Payments, Blockchain, Open Banking, PSD2 and Artificial Intelligence. For example, you advise a bank on using technology to work more customer centric. Or you think along with a pension fund on making better use of cashflows. You work in a dynamic environment, in teams with mixed seniority. You come up with digital strategies and give recommendations based on your technological knowledge and experience.

As Manager Digital Banking, you:

  • Shape our propositions and engage in commercial collaborations with clients.
  • Execute analyses and advise our clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new digital strategies.
  • Manage and lead a team, both internally and externally.
  • Closely work together with your international colleagues.
  • Actively contribute to development of your colleagues within the team.

What you bring?

You work result oriented and have strong analytical skills. You possess the ability to quickly analyze complex questions and generate new insights and solutions. Furthermore, you have a passion for knowledge sharing and you are a real team player. Within the financial sector you have a good (commercial) network. You are open to traveling and working abroad. Do you already have international experience? Then this will be to your advantage. What you also need to bring?

  • Relevant work experience (5+ years) in digital transformation projects and/or in management consulting within the financial sector and experience in managing teams/projects.
  • A University Master’s degree. Degrees that have a good fit are for example (Technical) Business Administration, (Technical) Public Administration, Economics, Strategic Management or a technical study with economic affinity.
  • Affinity with one or more of our focus topics (Payments, Blockchain, Open Banking, PSD2 and Artificial Intelligence).
  • Relevant trainings/certificates (e.g. NIBE SVV, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (if you speak one or more other languages, German for example, that is a plus).
