They regularly organize events specifically for this target group: the annual Summer Event, for instance, networking drinks receptions, events with other companies and the Young Professional of the Year Awards. As a Capgemini employee, you can join Escape, our employee association. Every year, this association organizes a number of activities in which you can participate on your own, together with your team, or even with your partner, a family member or friend. Several colleagues have already escaped from jail once during a Prison Escape, for example. Great heights were reached during a flying course. And colleagues showed off their baking talents during a “Great Escape Bake-Off” workshop. Activities you definitely don’t want to miss out on.
Looking to discover a new sport or rediscover an old hobby? Our sporty colleagues will find plenty to do as well. With sports like running, cycling, squash, tennis, soccer, skating and golf, our Sports Program offers plenty of choice. You can also sign up with a team for a sporting challenge, clinic or training program such as bootcamp, yoga or rugby. It’s up to you!
