Where it all started

Serge Kampf started Sogeti with just a handful of employees in 1967. A company focused on IT services. Sogeti, now called Capgemini, has since grown into the world’s largest service provider for consultancy, technology and outsourcing. With more than 208,000 employees worldwide, we operate in more than 40 countries and help our clients with their digital transformations.

What we do

It is not always easy for large organizations to keep pace with this rapidly changing world and respond to new developments. Whether this involves applying the latest laws and regulations or serving their customers optimally. That is why we help (national and international) organizations in this regard. We offer them four different services:

  • Consulting Services (Capgemini Invent) helps and advises clients on the management level to improve their results and competitive position in the long term. We look, for instance, at what (technological) resources are needed for this and how these can be implemented. We also help with this implementation.
  • Technology Services designs, develops and implements technology projects focused on complex system integration and IT application development.
  • Outsourcing Services fully or partially manages IT systems for applications and infrastructures of a client or group of clients. Including the corresponding business processes, such as Business Process Outsourcing.
  • Local Professional Services, better known as Sogeti, provides professional technology services that satisfy all local requirements for infrastructure, applications, engineering, testing and operations.
